We are located on beautiful Bainbridge Island, a 35 minute ferry ride from Seattle, a world away from the hustle and bustle of a busy city. Here on Bainbridge we run on Island time - things are slower here, the people are friendlier, and Island living is more peaceful than anywhere else.
Our charming 800 sf 1br/3/4 bath condo in a single detached guesthouse is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach with private beach access. Separate entrance, off-street parking, laumdry facility on-site, Internet/WiFi, digital antenna TV. Find the kitchen stocked with all the houseware you might need to include silverware, cookware, and dinnerware as well as a full size stove and refrigerator. All linen, bedding, towels, and sheets are provided. It's like hotel service at affordable rates.
The guesthouse is on a septic system, and requires water conscious guests. The spacious living room features cathedral ceilings and large windows for a feeling of being outdoors. Enjoy the comfortable furniture, views of trees and a glimpse of the Puget Sound, or browse the extensive library for a cozy evening at home. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings, our private beach access, and spend time just listening to the silence. When it's time to go to bed snuggle up in the comfy bedroom with its queen size bed for a good night's sleep.
The unit is a completely separate, self-sufficient space for you to enjoy quiet time and privacy. No need to see anyone, no need to talk to anyone, just resting, relaxing, or getting work and projects done.

If you arrive without a car, we'd be happy to pick you up at the Bainbridge Island ferry terminal. We are so close to the ferry, no need to get a taxi. Just let us know which boat you will be on, and we'll come and get you.
We are part of the Yeomalt Point / Wing Point area, close to the ferry terminal, the beach, and downtown Bainbridge Island with its art galleries, shops, fine dining, and beautiful parks.
